Challenge :
In today’s digital age, children are often seen glued to screens, passively consuming content, giving rise to a generation of “iPad kids”. While technology offers countless benefits, it has also led to concerns about its impact on children’s creativity, social-skills and overall well-being.
As the prevalence of screen time continues to increase, it’s become clear that we need to rethink the role of technology in children’s lives.
What could it be?
Introducing...
outa
outa has been designed to reignite children’s imaginations and creativity. Unlike traditional tablets, which often serve as passive entertainment devices, our product empowers children to become active participants in their own learning journey.
By creating a device that leverages the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and interactive technology solely, outa offers a curated selection of fun and educational experiences that stimulate curiosity and encourage exploration.
Children create, explore and learn through AI prompted tasks and activities, encouraging them to think outside the box and go further than just the screen.
Further challenge :
While children are at the heart of our brand and what we do, we also place their adults in mind. We recognised that our main challenge also comes at a cost to parents and carers. With 88% of mums and dads feeling huge pressure to keep kids entertained throughout the break, many resort to passive solutions in a bid to prioritise their child’s happiness.
outa club
Our holiday club offers diverse activities that spark creativity, foster learning, and build social connections for children during school holidays. Our club aims to alleviate the stress of entertaining children during breaks while promoting holistic development.
With flexible scheduling and extended care services, parents can balance work commitments while ensuring their children engage in meaningful experiences. Our experienced educators create a safe, inclusive environment where children can explore interests and develop new skills.
